End to end

From an empty slab to an audit-ready workshop.

Most suppliers drop equipment and leave. TWSA owns the whole journey, so you deal with one team from the first drawing to the next inspection.

01

Design & Fitout

Workshop layout and turnkey fitout built around how your team actually works.

02

Supply & Install

The right equipment, supplied and commissioned to standard, not left on the slab.

03

Service & Maintain

Scheduled preventive maintenance that keeps your bays running and your gear reliable.

04

Inspect & Certify

AS 2550.9 inspection and a documented evidence trail, ready for any audit.

Equipment supply

We supply the gear, then stand behind it.

Buy a single compressor or kit out a whole workshop. Either way you are dealing with the same team that installs, services and certifies it, so the equipment keeps working long after the invoice is paid. Quality brands, fair pricing, real support.

Brands you know, service you trust.

Supply that doesn't end at delivery

  • Specified to your workshop, not sold off a generic list
  • Installed and commissioned by the same team
  • Serviced and inspected on a schedule you can rely on
  • One supplier to call when something needs attention

Fewer suppliers, lower total cost over the life of the equipment.

Why TWSA, not a reseller

Anyone can sell equipment. Few can prove it's compliant.

The hoist on the pallet is the easy part. What protects your workshop is everything around it: correct installation, documented maintenance, inspection by a competent person, and an evidence trail you can produce on demand. That is the difference between a supplier and a compliance partner, and it is what TWSA owns.

01

Installed to standard

Commissioned to the design and installation requirements, not dropped and left.

02

Documented PPM

Maintenance scheduled and recorded, so gear stays safe and paperwork stays current.

03

Inspected to AS 2550.9:2024

Periodic inspection by a competent person, recorded for audit.

04

Audit-ready evidence

Certificates and inspection history in one place for an auditor or insurer.

Compliance is what you can prove.

AS 2550.9:2024 lifted the bar for in-service hoist inspection. A serviced hoist with no current record still fails an audit, and a missing record can reduce or void an insurance claim after an incident. TWSA closes that gap as part of how we work, not as an add-on.

Beyond the workshop

The tools that keep you audit-ready.

Two more reasons workshops choose TWSA over a one-off supplier.

HoistChecker

The compliance evidence platform. Track every hoist, repair and inspection, with the records and reminders that prove your workshop is compliant in under ten minutes.

Vehicle Lift Academy

AS 2550.9-aligned training so your technicians are competent and audit-ready. Hoists can be compliant on paper and unsafe in practice if your team trained on a different generation of equipment.

Questions workshops ask

Straight answers.

Can TWSA fit out an entire workshop, or just supply equipment?

Both. You can buy a single item of equipment from us, or hand us the whole project: design, supply, installation, commissioning and an ongoing maintenance and compliance programme. The advantage of the full fitout is one accountable team and one point of contact, with everything installed to standard and documented from day one.

How often does a vehicle hoist need to be inspected in Australia?

Under AS 2550.9, a vehicle hoist needs a pre-operational check before each shift, a routine maintenance inspection by a competent person at intervals no greater than three months, and a thorough annual inspection within twelve months of being placed in service or of the last annual. Major inspections fall due at ten, twenty and twenty-five years. TWSA schedules and documents each one so your records stay audit-ready.

Do you service equipment you didn't supply?

Yes. We service, repair and inspect hoists, compressors, lubrication systems and washers regardless of who originally supplied them. Compliance attaches to the equipment and its records, not to who sold it, so we can assess existing gear and bring it onto a documented maintenance and inspection regime.

What happens if my workshop's hoists aren't compliant?

Non-compliant hoists expose the business and its officers to real risk: a SafeWork notice or shutdown, a voided insurance claim after an incident, and personal liability under the WHS Act. The gap is usually not the equipment, it is the absence of a current, documented inspection record. TWSA closes that gap with a scheduled programme and an audit-ready evidence trail.
