Wheel Alignment & Tyre Equipment Servicing
Engineered, Supplied & Installed for Commercial Use
Wheel alignment and tyre servicing equipment directly affects workshop accuracy, customer satisfaction and compliance positioning. Over time, calibration variance, mechanical wear and environmental conditions can reduce precision.
TWSA provides structured wheel alignment servicing and tyre equipment maintenance across Australia, supporting independent workshops, dealerships and fleet operators.
Why Wheel Equipment Servicing Matters for Accuracy & Compliance
Wheel alignment systems operate within precise tolerances.
Without regular inspection and recalibration, workshops may experience:
✔ Inaccurate alignment readings
✔ Increased customer comebacks
✔ Uneven tyre wear claims
✔ Reduced technician confidence
✔ Heavy vehicle facilities
In high-volume workshops, even small calibration shifts can impact profitability and reputation.
Regular servicing protects workflow, customer trust and compliance readiness.

How We Install Wheel & Tyre Equipment Across NSW
Clear process reduces risk and ensures operational efficiency.
1.Workshop Assessment
We begin with a structured on-site assessment of your workshop layout, bay configuration, power supply, slab condition, and operational workflow. This ensures selected equipment integrates correctly with existing hoists, alignment bays, and tyre service areas while meeting safety and performance requirements.
2. Equipment Specification
Equipment is specified based on vehicle mix, service volume, rim sizes, load ratings, and future growth plans. We align technical specifications with manufacturer requirements and Australian Standards to ensure the correct balancer, tyre changer, and alignment system is selected for your application.
3. Layout Planning
Proper placement is critical for safety and efficiency. We develop a practical layout plan that considers clearances, technician workflow, cable management, turntables, slip plates, and vehicle movement zones to maximise throughput while maintaining compliance.
4. Installation
All equipment is installed by experienced technicians in accordance with manufacturer guidelines. This includes anchoring, electrical coordination (where required), mechanical assembly, and integration with associated lifting or alignment systems.
5. Calibration & Commissioning
Precision is non-negotiable. Wheel aligners and balancers are calibrated using manufacturer-approved procedures to ensure measurement accuracy. Full system testing is completed prior to handover to verify operational integrity.
6. Ongoing Support
Post-installation support includes servicing, recalibration, technical assistance, and parts supply. We ensure your wheel and tyre equipment continues to operate reliably, accurately, and in line with compliance expectations across NSW.
RECENT NSW PROJECT
OMCN Wheel Balancer & Tyre Changer Installation – Artarmon, NSW
TWSA completed the supply and installation of commercial wheel service equipment, including:
1 x OMCN Roll 55 Wheel Balancer
1 x OMCN Grip 24 Tyre Changer
The OMCN Roll 55 wheel balancer was installed, levelled, and calibrated to ensure accurate wheel balancing across a range of rim sizes. The OMCN Grip 24 tyre changer was assembled, positioned, and commissioned in accordance with manufacturer specifications to support efficient tyre mounting and demounting operations.
Following installation, a full operational demonstration was conducted with workshop technicians. This included correct machine setup, safe operating procedures, and practical guidance to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity.
The project was delivered in line with manufacturer standards, ensuring precision, reliability, and improved workflow within the workshop’s wheel service bay.
RECENT NSW PROJECT
Wheel Service Equipment Installation – Castle Hill, NSW
TWSA completed the supply and installation of professional wheel service equipment to support accurate alignment, balancing, and tyre servicing operations.
Scope included:
1 x OMCN Wheel Balancer
1 x OMCN Tyre Changer
1 x Hofmann Wheel Aligner
All equipment was installed in accordance with manufacturer specifications and integrated into the designated wheel service bay layout. The wheel balancer was levelled and calibrated to ensure measurement accuracy, while the tyre changer was commissioned for safe and efficient mounting and demounting of various rim and tyre sizes. The Hofmann wheel aligner was assembled, positioned, and calibrated to deliver precise alignment readings suitable for high-throughput workshop environments.
Final commissioning included system testing and operational familiarisation to ensure optimal performance, accuracy, and workflow efficiency.
Wheel and Tyre Equipment SystemsFAQs
-
Most alignment systems should be calibrated at least annually, or more frequently in high-volume workshops. Workshops preparing for EOFY reviews should ensure calibration is current.
-
Common causes include sensor drift, mechanical wear, hoist level changes, environmental conditions and improper installation.
-
Yes. Tyre changers rely on air pressure consistency and mechanical integrity. Regular servicing reduces failure risk and improves operational safety.
-
Yes. Inaccurate systems can result in customer complaints, uneven tyre wear claims and documentation gaps during compliance reviews.
